Subscription:
If you wish to cancel your subscription or change the date for your next order processing, we ask that you send us a clear request at least 48 hours before the next order processing date . Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a refund if you cancel after your order has been processed.
Note: you can only cancel your subscription after the 2nd order, otherwise you could easily get the loyalty discount.
Returns:
We accept returns as long as the product has not been opened. Please contact our support team so that we can discuss the procedure together. Please note that we do not cover return costs. This means that you will have to bear the return shipping costs yourself. These costs may vary depending on the shipping provider and the size and weight of the package.
